Core Con Hospitality Suites

Exciting news about this years Hospitality Suites: Thanks to the support of area businesses, donations, and Core Con attendees we are able to offer the first night (on one room) of any hospitality suite that runs both Friday and Saturday night free of charge! Those running our currently scheduled suites, as well as any who may register before the deadline, will only need to pay for Saturday night, as Core Con will pick up the bill for Friday. We are also extending our Hospitality Suite deadline until March 15th in order to give those who may be undecided a chance to register. See below!

Official Hospitality Suite Benefits

Here are some of the benefits official hospitality suites have which are unavailable to those who don't register as official suites:

Suite single pages containing content of your design pertaining to your suite. You can list a description of your hospitality suite, give contact information, even ask for volunteers to help.
Official suites will receive a free 1/2 page ad in the program guide, and are included in the online and print Core Con schedule.
Official suites have the opportunity to win a free suite at Core Con 2010 in our Core Hospitality Suite Contest. The second place prize for the contest is a free full-page ad in the program guide the following year.
Those who run official suites will be able to choose their room from those available so you'll know well ahead of time what kind of space you'll be working with.
Only official suite runners will have access to the suites in the main convention area of the hotel.
Core Con will provide free links to hospitality suite websites on this page if those running the site have a website outside of the suite single pages.
Core Con is available to help with creative ideas, finding a source for food and drinks (sometimes free) and decorations if you wish.
Finally, booking your suite through Core Con will save you money each night on your suite.
