Core Con Vendors

We're going to have plenty of great vendors at Core Con whose wares you can check out and buy. We'll have a comprehensive list of them as they're signed on so you'll know what kinds of things will be available.

Core Con 2009 (April 3-5, 2009) will offer a vendor room to attendees where we hope to provide a wide variety of excellent and interesting products. The vendor room proper will be located in the O’Malley room of the Kelly Inn on Main Ave. and I-29. We may also have vendors in other areas of the convention if they match other events, such as a manga seller in the Anime Domicile anime room.

The vendor room hours of operation are as follows:
   Friday - 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
   Saturday - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
   Sunday - 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (optional)

All vendors are expected to be at their tables or to have it minded by an assistant during these hours. Outside of these hours the vendor room will be closed and no access will be permitted. All vendors will have an hour before opening and an hour after in order to set up or clear their tables. Only badge-wearing attendees of Core Con 2009 will be allowed in the vendor room. Each vendor will receive two (2) Core Con registrations and badges free of charge, one for themselves and one for an assistant.

Vendor Applications are due February 1st. All vendors will be told by March 1st which were chosen to be present at Core Con 2009, and will be required to complete the Core Con Vendor Contract. All table fees must be received by March 15th, 2009.
