CoreCon is a fan run nonprofit convention. We believe in other nonprofits and try to help when and where we can. From volunteering to cook for families at the local Ronald McDonald house to taking pictures at the CCRI Superhero fun run and donating over $7000 (ASK JON) to charities over the years, we feel helping our community makes it a community we want to be in. With these experiences we were also able to manage two benefits for CoreCon fans and raise close to 10,000 (ASK JON) for them in their time of need.
Each year CoreCon holds a silent Auction. contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have items to donate.
2017 Our local charity we are sponsoring is Freedom Resource Center. They were the great people who helped CoreCon last year with a wheel chair ramp for the stage. We as fans want anyone to be able to participate and enjoy the convention as much as we do and they have helped with that. They also help with varied accessibility needs in our community and for that we choose them.
Here are other charities Fargo CoreCon has helped in the past and will continue to as we are able into the future. Click on their pictures to find out more about them and help them if you can.
