– Holiday Inn will cancel all reservations in the CoreCon block as of Tuesday March 24, 2020. There is no need for patrons to call in to cancel.
– If a patron reserved their room via the Holiday Inn website, a third party site, or did not specify that they wanted to be in the CoreCon block; then they MUST contact the Holiday Inn to cancel their reservation. Call the reservation line listed on this page.
– Reservations are not rolled over to 2021.
– Please do not reserve a hotel room for 2021 until instructed to do so on the CoreCon Hotel website.
CoreCon wants to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The Holiday Inn does not make final room assignments until mid-May. The Holiday Inn will do their best to accommodate all patron requests.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the Holiday Inn. A Smoker’s Tent will be located outside Door 12.
Pet Policy: NO Pets allowed – $500 fee if violated. Therapy/Service Animals allowed, with updated paperwork required.
